Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management tool, which will give you absolute authority over your email box accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can create a brand new email mailbox in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can forward mails from one e-mailbox to another, configure mail filters, set up auto-response messages and defend your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your e-mailbox accounts against spam mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted emails will find their way into your email box. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular email mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming e-mails on the basis of certain criteria set by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up a mail filter for any of your email box accounts and choose the e-mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming messages from one e-mail box to another, or even to several other email boxes. Just specify the e-mail box you wish to forward mails from, then select the destination email mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the mail client of your choosing to access your email accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you would like to set up on your personal computer or mobile device and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email account will be set up in a minute.

The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will handle the rest.
